I’ll be posting short reviews of several different YA book subscription boxes over the next few weeks to help people with their holiday gift lists! All of these boxes are so much fun because you get a surprise new release book in the mail (and most come with some pretty awesome book merch). The boxes vary in price, content, and how frequently they’re shipped, so hopefully these comparisons can help you narrow down your choices!

LitJoy Crate

LitJoy Crate offers several boxes for different ages — the YA box ships monthly and costs $29.99 (although it’s even cheaper per box if you subscribe and prepay for a 3 or 6 month period).

I’m also a fall rep for LitJoy, so you can use my code “PAGE15” to save 15%

Every month has a theme and this one was “Blood Magic.” Each box includes a new release book, 2-3 quality bookish items, and a few other fun things!

This box had a hardcover of “Iron Cast” by Destiny Soria with a letter and signed bookplate, a super cute TINY little Edgar Allan Poe book, a Poe bookmark, a bookish necklace, a bloody lollipop, a tattoo from The Graces by Laura Eve, some custom blend tea, and an adorable music note tea infuser! Here’s everything laid out together:

The theme for November is “Ruthless Rebellion” and there are still boxes available! My code for 15% off is “PAGE15.” I have several other subscription boxes I’ll be posting about in the next week, so stay tuned!
